MY ONE LIFE

For the woman who wants to live her

one life knowing she gave her best to

what mattered most.

Your days are full. There are people to care for, responsibilities to carry, decisions to make, and an endless stream of things competing for your attention.

You’re doing so much of what needs to be done—and yet, somewhere beneath it all, you may find yourself wondering:

Am I giving my life to what matters most?

Am I becoming the woman God created me to be?

Is it too late for what God may still want to do in me and through me?

How do I live intentionally without turning my life into one more thing I have to get right?

My One Life is an invitation to step out of the noise long enough to remember something you were never meant to forget:

This life is a gift.

You don’t need another book telling you to do more.

You probably already have enough to do.

My One Life isn’t about squeezing more productivity from your days, chasing someone else’s definition of success, or creating a perfectly balanced life.

It’s about becoming more present to the one you’ve already been given.

It’s about staying close to Jesus. Remembering who God created you to be. Recognizing what matters most in this season. Giving yourself permission to dream with God again.

And learning to faithfully steward what He has already placed in your hands.

Because living your one life well isn’t about doing everything.

It’s about being faithful with what is yours to live.

What if you could step back long enough to see your life differently?

Sometimes we become so busy living that we rarely stop long enough to consider the life we’re actually creating.

We respond to what’s urgent. Care for the people who need us. Keep the calendar moving. Handle the next responsibility. And before we know it, another week, another month, another year has passed.

My One Life creates space for a different kind of conversation.

Not How can I accomplish more?

But:

Who am I becoming?

What matters most?

What has God entrusted to me in this season?

What might He still be inviting me to believe is possible?

And what is my next faithful step?

The My One Life Journey

Throughout the book, Kelly Thorne Gore will walk alongside you through five invitations:

AWAKEN

Pay attention to the preciousness of the life you’ve been given.

Recognize how easily we can drift into someday and rediscover the significance of the ordinary days happening right now.

ABIDE

Stay close to Jesus.

Discover why the starting point for a meaningful life isn’t trying harder, but remaining connected to the One who gave you life in the first place.

REMEMBER

Remember who God created you to be.

Look at the story that has shaped you, recognize the intentional way God created you, and begin releasing the lies that have distorted the way you see yourself.

ENVISION

Look ahead with God.

Consider the legacy your life is creating, what matters most in this season, and the dreams and possibilities you may still be invited to imagine with Him.

STEWARD

Take your next faithful step.

Bring everything together and consider how you want to faithfully live the one life God has placed in your hands—without the pressure to figure out the entire journey.

Meet The Author

Kelly Thorne Gore is the founder of iBloom, a faith-based personal development company helping women discover who God created them to be and live their one life to the fullest. For more than 20 years, Kelly has encouraged women to dream boldly, grow intentionally, and live with purpose. Through My One Life, she continues that message—reminding women that this life is worth living fully, starting today.

This Book is for you if:

  • You love God and genuinely want to follow Him, but sometimes struggle to hear His voice above the noise of everyday life.

  • Your life is filled with good things, but you’re realizing that everything can’t matter most.

You’ve spent years caring for other people and carrying responsibilities, and you’re ready to rediscover parts of who God created you to be.

  • You’ve experienced disappointment, detours, or seasons that didn’t unfold the way you expected, and you wonder whether it’s too late to dream again.

  • You want to live intentionally, but the last thing you need is another system making you feel behind.

Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong.

You simply know this life is moving quickly—and you want to live it well.

What you won’t find in My One Life

You won’t find a formula for creating a perfect life.

You won’t find a list of everything you should be doing.

You won’t find pressure to discover one enormous purpose, chase bigger dreams, or make every moment productive.

Instead, you’ll find vulnerable stories, biblical truth, thoughtful reflection, and space to listen to what God may be saying to you in the season you’re actually living.

Because you don’t need to become someone else to live a meaningful life.

You’re being invited to faithfully live yours.

And I don’t want you to do it alone.

Finishing the last page of My One Life doesn’t mean the journey is over.

My hope is that the truths in this book become more than words you underline or thoughts you have for a few days. I want to help you carry them into your relationship with Jesus, the way you see yourself, the choices you make, and the ordinary days where your one life is actually being lived.

That’s why I’ve created four companion resources to help you go deeper and continue living the message of My One Life.

My One Life Launch Party

You’re invited to join our iBloom Team LIVE on Zoom to celebrate

the official beginning of this journey!

We’ll go behind the book to discover the catalyst that started it all, hear directly from Kelly’s heart about why she felt compelled to write this message, and celebrate what it means for all of us to live our one life fully.

Meet other women who are ready to live their one life with intention while finding connection and encouragement.

Come ready to laugh, celebrate, be inspired, and maybe even ask yourself a few big questions.

Your one life is happening now. Let’s celebrate it together.

My One Life Truth Cards

There will be days when the old lies get loud again.

The My One Life Truth Cards give you something tangible to return to—key truths, Scriptures, identity statements, and reminders from the book designed to help you remember what is true about God, about you, and about the life He has entrusted to you.

Keep them somewhere you’ll see them. Choose one to pray over. Tuck one into your planner or Bible. Let them become reminders of what you don’t want to forget.

My One Life Worship Playlist

Sometimes we need truth to move from our heads into our hearts.

The My One Life Worship Playlist is a curated collection of songs chosen to accompany the journey of the book—from awakening and abiding to surrender, purpose, faithfulness, and living your life with God.

Turn it on during your time with Jesus, on a walk, in the car, or whenever you need to quiet the noise and turn your attention back toward Him.

My One Life Together

A 6-Week Small Group Experience

What if you didn’t read My One Life alone?

Invite a few women you love to experience the book alongside you. My One Life Together gives you everything you need to gather around a table—or online—for six weeks of meaningful conversation, reflection, prayer, and encouragement as you walk through the five movements of My One Life together.

You don’t need to be a Bible teacher or experienced small-group leader. Just gather your women, open the book, and begin.

Over six weeks, you’ll talk about what matters most, practice staying close to Jesus, remember what is true, dream about what could still be, encourage one another toward your next faithful steps, and end with a special celebration of the lives God has given you.

All four companion resources are included with your copy of My One Life.

Your story isn’t over.

Maybe some years haven’t looked the way you imagined.

Maybe a dream has taken longer than you expected.

Maybe you’ve drifted from something that once mattered deeply to you.

Maybe this season has required more of you than you ever anticipated.

Or maybe you simply sense God stirring something in your heart that you can’t quite put words around yet.

You don’t have to know exactly where any of it is leading.

You don’t need to overhaul your life. You don’t need to do more, prove more, or figure out the entire path ahead.

It’s not too late to begin right where you are—with the life you have, the season you’re in, and the God who is already there.
